Affordable luxury at our organic farm, this is our moto of our feel-good apartment “Almwiese”!

We are happy to present our new apartment to you:

Equipment:

• 1 bedroom with double beds, Cable TV, natural wooden floor
• Bathroom with an infrared cabinet and a rain shower
• Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a kitchen isle, Bora extractor, hood and hob, oven, fridge with a freezer, bread slicing machine, water cooker, dishwasher and a coffee machine filled with aromatic, organic beans.
• Cosy living area with a pull out couch and a Cable TV
• Balcony with a view of the mountains and alpine meadows
• Internet connection (wifi)
• We are happy to provide cots and high chairs for our little friends

Duvets and towels are included in the price.

Be inspired by our different kinds of woods, oak, old wood, lark and the scent of stone pine.

Sleep in a duvet made of organic cotton, enjoy our sauna with a view of Leogangs mountain scenery and the alpine meadows and maintain yourself with organic cosmetics.

And we also offer you a bread service.

You are welcome to buy all organic products for your breakfast or your stay at the Sinnlehenhof in Renate's Guatslkastl (directly at the farm entrance).

We also welcome your 4 footed friends. We kindly ask you out of consideration of our other guests, to not let them sit on the couch or the bed. Costs € 10,00 per night.

In the prices all services from the Saalfelden Leogang Card are included!

Minimum stay are 4 nights

Children’s discounts from 2 adults until 5 years:
0-2 years free
3-5 years + € 21,00 (summer)
3-5 years + € 23,00 (winter)
6-12 years + € 24,50 (summer)
6-12 years + € 26,50 (winter)
13-16 years + € 26,50 (summer)
13-16 years + € 27,50 (winter)

All prices per person and per overnight stay exclusive local tax.

Towels and bedding is included in these prices.

Cancellation policy:

Bedroom cancellation is only valid in a written form. The booking conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Regulation apply.

• Until 3 months there are no cancellation fees.
• 3 months until 1 month before 40%
• 1 months until 1 week before 70%
• In the last week 100%

Travel insurance:

Fees will also be charged by early arrivals or late departures. Something can quickly happen to yourself or the children that you cannot take the booked trip. In this case we recommend you to book a travel insurance.

Arrival and departure:

You can get into your apartment from 2pm. If you come earlier, it is no problem to leave your cases at the Sinnlehenhof.

On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to clear the room until 9.30am. In the event of early departure, the apartment will be charged until the booked departure date.

Payment:

Please transfer the amount 1 week before you arrive to our bank account. You will find the bank details on your reservation confirmation. In exceptional cases, you can also pay cash. Unfortunately, we do not accept debit or credit cards. You can find an ATM in Leogang at the Raiffeisen bank and at the bistro "LEOs Kitchen & Bar".
